This dog was produced in the 1990’s by Robert Harrop Designs, UK and he is now long since retired. He is wearing a brown flat cap with matching sleeveless jumper and let’s not forget that all good dogs and gardeners wear a shirt and tie, turn -up trousers and well- polished shoes.
Cocker here should really win a prize for the biggest marrow!
