Shipping
We normally ship within 1-2 days (excluding weekends and UK Public Holidays) using either Royal Mail or Parcelforce Worldwide depending on the weight and size of your purchase which will be well packaged to ensure safe delivery is guaranteed.
Where possible we use recycled packaging.
Local Collection
Items may be collected by contacting us in advance to make an appointment for collection of goods.

United Kingdom & N.Ireland: Free
Europe: £10.00
North America: £20.00
Japan, Australia and New Zealand: £25.00
Countries not on our list please email rustiquerosie@outlook.com and we will assist.

Returns & Changes
Returns must be sent back to us from 14 days of receipt using a trackable method and must be notified to us by email prior to return.

Please note that most of our stock is either vintage or antique and allowance must be made for age wear and tear which in many cases adds to its charm and character. Each item on our site will show any such ageing marks before you decide to purchase.
Refunds will only be given after the item/s has been checked to ensure that it has arrived to us in the condition it was sent.
No refund will be issued for items that are damaged due to poor packaging.
The buyer pays the return shipping cost
Any item lost on despatch from us will be dealt with in accordance with Royal Mail or Parcelforce policies
